Back to the Drawing Board

Since you all are all so great and wonderful supporters, I feel it is necessary to keep you informed. I received word today from Linda Wood-Hoyte and the President of the NPC that Team USA will NOT be attending the Women's World Championships competition this year. It is greatly disappointing as I was looking forward to an experience of a lifetime, but completely understand they have our best interest at heart. Here's is the letter from the President. At this point, I will go back to the drawing board in anticipation of my IFBB Pro Fitness Debut.

RE: 2010 Women's World Championships

After discussing withseveral political officials and reading the enclosed information posted on theU.S. State Departments website, the NPC has decided that we will not be sendinga Team to compete in the Women's World Championships in Tlalnepantla, Mexico.

We realize that this isa disappointment however we feel it is unsafe for American citizens to travelto this region of the world at this time and will not jeopardize your safety.

Sincerely,

NATIONAL PHYSIQUE COMMITTEE

OF THE U.S.A., INC.

Mexico Bound...

Here's a picture after we applied for our passports! I get the opportunity to represent the United States at the IFBB Women's World Championships September 30th-October 4th in Mexico City, Mexico! I'm ironing out all the details and getting my plan into action and hope to represent the US in the best light! I'm getting together a new routine and fully expect to have a lot of fun with it! I'm very much looking forward to an amazing experience!
PS. It still seems like such a dream to me that I don't think it will set in until I'm on a plane on my way to Worlds haha! Stay Tuned & God Bless!
